HPC Futures

HPC Futures is a one-day exploration of ideas and planning for future computational research at regional universities, institutes, hospitals and companies. Future needs may be driven by ambitious research goals, by increasing need to work across traditional academic and institutional boundaries, by growing interaction with national and international cyberinfrastructures, and by technological advances in scientific instrumentation including genomic sequencing, by advances in cloud computing, deep learning, computer hardware and cybersecurity considerations. We consider these issues within a celebration of the most exciting and important research happening in and around Boston, Massachusetts.
